This earthly paradise offers a complete panoramic view of the Vall d'Aro and the coast of Sant Feliu de Gu\u00edxols, making it an ideal place to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the natural environment.<\/p><p>Thanks to its strategic location, the villa offers privileged views of the lush forest of pines and cork oaks that surrounds it. In the background, you can admire the impressive bay of Sant Feliu de Gu\u00edxols, a spectacle that captivates anyone fortunate enough to behold it.<\/p><p>The east orientation of the villa ensures that the sun bathes every corner of the villa from sunrise to sunset. This feature not only highlights the beauty of the surrounding landscape, but also provides a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the day.<\/p><p>La Villa de los Mares is more than just a place; it is a refuge where nature and serenity intertwine to offer an unparalleled experience. Undoubtedly, it is a destination that invites contemplation and relaxation, allowing visitors to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and reconnect with the essence of nature.<\/p><h2>The pool\/spa<\/h2><p>The pool has a maximum depth of 2m 20 ctms and a minimum depth of 1m 10 ctms. The disinfection of the pool is automatic by salt electrolysis system (we do not use chemical elements) and the natural chlorine level and ph are constantly controlled automatically, which will provide you with a safe 100% bathing. It is heated to 28\u00ba from April 1st to October 30th. The filtration schedule is programmed and the lighting of the pool is from 9pm to 4am. It is protected by a security fence to control the little ones.<\/p><p>The spa is disinfected with bromine and is programmed to keep the water at 30\u00ba. It has a button that activates the hydromassage system and a key that allows you to open or close the automatic cover. Both the filtration and the lighting are programmed.<\/p><h2>Barbecue<\/h2><p>In the cabinet next to the barbecue you have a gas paella pan, a butane cylinder, several paellas and crockery for outdoor lunches\/dinners. To make a wood\/charcoal barbecue you must bring the necessary elements including the grill and leave the barbecue clean when you leave the house.\u00a0<\/p><h2><strong>Rules of coexistence<\/strong><\/h2><p>As you can see we have neighbours all around us, please respect the basic rules of coexistence regarding noise, etc,\u00a0<\/p><h2>We remind you that this is not allowed:<\/h2><ul><li>Uncontrolled parties<\/li><li>Music\/shouting from 22:00h onwards<\/li><li>No pets<\/li><li>Excess capacity (more than 12 persons)<\/li><li>Smoking inside the house (we have smoke detectors).<\/li><\/ul><h2>Waste<\/h2><p>There are two bins in the meter room where you can put your waste in bags under the kitchen. There are rubbish bins at each end of the streets (2 minutes walk). Please leave your rubbish there before your departure.<\/p><h2>Wi-fi<\/h2><p>Free Wi-Fi throughout the villa<\/p><p><strong>Network:<\/strong> lavilladelosmares<br \/><strong>Password:<\/strong> Heura112<\/p><h3>Television<\/h3><p>The villa has 3 Smart TVs, with free Netflix connection. You can also download your favourite apps.<\/p><h2>Washing machine<\/h2><p>The use of the washing machine is free of charge, you will find complimentary detergent tablets, as well as a clothes horse and clothes pegs. In the washing machine room you will also find an iron and a board so that you can lay out your clothes as you wish.<\/p><h2>Kitchen<\/h2><p>The kitchen has all the utensils and crockery you may need, the kitchen table is extendable so that it can seat up to 12 people. There is a dishwasher and it is compulsory to leave the utensils and crockery in the same clean condition as you found them.<\/p><h2>Air conditioning<\/h2><p>\u00a0The Villa is equipped with air conditioning hot\/cold throughout the house, please be responsible with its use. The control is common for all equipment.<\/p><h2>Cleaning<\/h2><p>You will find the flat in a perfect state of cleanliness. The sheets\/towels will be changed once a week if your stay is longer than 7 days.  There are towels for the bathrooms and for the swimming pool (they are different), as well as small hand towels.\u00a0<\/p><h2>Keys<\/h2><p>On arrival we will give you two sets of keys, two of them with remote control, the remote control is used to open the entrance gate of the house.
